Today, some of us will celebrate Early Childhood Educator Day. Whilst educators deserve all of the gratitude in the world, the impact we have can never be contained in just one day.
Every smile, every cue of safety, every translation of big feelings, every gentle rocking of a baby, every time you show a child their worth, matters.
We are not “just educators.” We are safe people, holders of emotions, builders of villages, and creators of spaces where children feel loved and seen.
