Our kinder children enjoyed a delightful outdoor afternoon tea party — but it was more than just fun and treats! ![]()
As part of their learning journey, children used ceramic utensils and practiced serving themselves, building important self-help skills in a real-life setting.
Through this experience, children learned to:
-Handle real utensils with care and responsibility
-Develop independence and confidence in doing tasks on their own
-Strengthen fine motor skills and coordination
-Practice social manners and turn-taking
-Connect with nature in a calm and respectful way
At Small Friends, we believe in creating meaningful, hands-on learning moments that prepare children for life beyond the classroom.
